Exchanges and Returns

It is possible to request an exchange or return within 14 days by following the following instructions.

Before any return or exchange, make sure that the product complies with the

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • The product is intact and has no stains, damage or anything else.
  • That all components of the goods such as (tags, labels, any bags, packages, etc.) are intact.

Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be refunded or replaced.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Solution for those who want to change the size or color of the item purchased.

In this case shipping is free

  1. Download and fill out the return form, indicating "goods exchange" as the reason ( CLICK HERE ).
  2. Send an email to infojonasclothing@gmail.com indicating "Goods exchange" as the subject, attaching the completed form and indicating the size and/or color requested.
  3. Our team will organize a new shipment. To receive the new item it will be necessary to give the previously purchased item to the courier in compliance with the return conditions.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Solution for those who are not satisfied with the item purchased.

In this case the entire price of the product will be refunded, the cost of redelivery is borne by the customer.

  1. Download and fill out the return form, indicating "Return" as the reason ( CLICK HERE ).
  2. Send an email to infojonasclothing@gmail.com indicating "Return" as the subject, attaching the completed form and indicating the refund details.
  3. Send the product to the address indicated by email.
  4. Once we have received the item indicated in the response email and ensured that it complies with the return conditions, the refund will be made to the details indicated within 5 working days (refunds may take up to 10 working days before appearing on the bank statement, depending on the bank).
